Biography

With over 20 years of experience in Maritime Law, Personal Injury, Auto Torts, Whistle-Blower and General litigation, Jay has negotiated trade agreements with international corporations, provided legal council for international development teams, and most importantly, recovered millions of dollars for his clients injured in maritime accidents, auto accidents and medical accidents.

A De La Salle alumnus, Jay received his degree in Psychology (Neuropsychopharmacology) in 1995 from The University of Mississippi. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1999 from one of the oldest law schools in the country, the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He has also studied International Law at Durham University, the third oldest university in the United Kingdom.
